Pre-Gospel Conversation Cards

Starting a gospel conversation can feel overwhelming, so we want to provide a simple guide to help you take the first steps. Our Pre-Gospel Conversation Card includes four practical ways to build relationships and open the door for gospel conversations:

  1. Pray – Ask God to open hearts and provide opportunities.
  2. Tell Your Story – Share how Jesus has changed your life.
  3. Share a Meal – Spend time with people in a meaningful way.
  4. Invite to Church – Extend a simple invitation to worship with you.

On the back of the card, there’s a space to write down the names of three people you’re praying for and seeking to share the gospel with. The card is intentionally designed to be a little unconventional—it doesn’t flip in the usual way. This is a reminder that gospel conversations don’t have to be perfect. God is the one who saves, and He works through us, even in our imperfections.

Gospel Conversation Jar

We want to celebrate and track the gospel conversations happening in our church! Each time you have a gospel conversation, take a ping pong ball from the station near the main entrance and place it in the jar. If you’d like, you can even write the person’s name or initials on the ball so we can be praying specifically for them.

This simple act helps us as a church see how God is moving and reminds us to continue stepping out in faith to share the good news of Jesus.

Will you join us in valuing gospel conversations? Pick up a Pre-Gospel Conversation Card, write down three names, and start praying for opportunities to share. And when you do, don’t forget to add a ball to the jar—we can’t wait to see what God will do!
